毒重石钡矿分解过程的数学模型研究
Mathematical Model of Witherite Decomposing Process
【摘要】 根据毒重石钡矿的结构特点和热解特性 ,基于单界面缩核模型建立了毒重石钡矿分解过程的缩核模型 ,并利用所建模型进行数值解析 ,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。模型结果表明 :毒重石钡矿分解反应可用缩核模型描述 ,反应过程存在控制区的转移 ;温度对控制区的转移速率影响显著 ,是影响毒重石钡矿分解的主要因素
【Abstract】 According to the structural characteristics and pyrolytic properties of witherite, an core shrinking mathematical model is developed for witherite decomposition based on single interface core shrinking model. By numerical calculation, it is found that the calculated data accord with the experimental results. It is indicated that the mode is capable of describing the decomposition reaction of witherite. The reaction process is a transferring process of control section, and temperature affects dramatically the transferring speed, which is a key factor affecting the decomposition of witherite.
