【Abstract】 Under the background of the hotly global competition and domestic economic change, how can control technology innovation obtain competitive advantage has becomes corporation concern important question. As for corporate culture may be a source of sustainable competitive advantage, it is important for technology innovation. Based on the former research, we study bureaucratic culture, supportive culture and innovative culture the effects of two different types of technology innovation:incremental innovation、radical innovation.
