【Abstract】 More and more experts pay more attention to the research of unlearning which is one of the typical modes of organizational learning. Especially during the technology paradigm-shifting period the unlearning become the domain mode for enterprises to leapfrog the paradigm shifting successfully. Based on currently research, this paper tentatively defined the unlearning from organizational knowledge and organizational process, meanwhile discussed the evolutionary model from learning to unlearning.更多还原
