【摘要】 识别和选择创业机会是一个动态过程,机会评价活动贯穿整个全过程。目前,并没有什么绝对权威的机会评价标准。而且,创业者对机会进行非正式评价时基本就不依赖什么系统的指标体系。本文在Timmons的机会评价框架下,通过调查问卷的方法对中国资深创业者和一般管理者进行比较研究,提出适合中国创业者进行非正式评价或投资人在进行尽职调查前快速评估创业机会的10项关键指标序列。我们的研究证明,人的因素是进行机会评价时最需要优先考虑的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurial opportunities are evaluated at each stage of the dynamic process of the identifying and selecting.Now there is no authority criteria sequence.When the entrepreneurs do the informal evaluation, they always have no criteria sequence.This paper analyzes the opinion of Chinese senior entrepreneurs,and proposes a criteria system including 10 important criteria based on the Timmons’opportunity evaluation framework.Our research finds that the factors of people are very important.更多还原
