【Abstract】 <abstract>e paper, according to the author’s wetlands trip to Singapore,Malaysia,Japan,Hongkong etc., summarized the current status of wetland parks construction and management in the countries and region, and also concluded beneficial inspiration to the construction of Qinhuai River Wetland Park. The author brought forward that the construction of Nanjing Qinhuai River Wetland Park is innovation not only of the mode that the developing district realizes leaping and sustainable development, but also of the investment mechanism that enterprises take part in large eco - commonweal projects.
