【摘要】 目的 :探讨心理干预在体外受精周期中超声下行胚胎移植术中的应用以及对临床妊娠率的影响。方法 :将 12 6例体外受精胚胎移植病人随机分成两组 ,对照组 (4 1例 )常规移植 ,干预组 (85例 )加用认知、行为、家庭的心理干预。分析两组焦虑值 ,血压、脉搏数值 ,临床妊娠率。结果 :干预组焦虑值较对照组明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。干预组临床妊娠率较对照组明显提高(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :对超声下行胚胎移植术病人进行心理干预 ,有助于提高临床妊娠率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the improving pregnancy rate in embryo implantation after fertilization in vitro.Methods:A totle of 126 cases were divided into two groups,at random control group (41 cases) and intervention group (85 cases),and the routine embro implantation operation was used in the control group,whereas the meneal and psychological intervention besides the routine operation was used in the intervention group. Results:We found a lower rate mentle problem and higher rate of pregnance in the intervention group compared with the control group. Conclusin:Psychological intervention plays a significant role in improving pregnancy rate in the use of the operation fertilization i vitro.更多还原
