【摘要】 目的 :总结分析脑外科手术中急性脑膨出的发生原因和防治措施。方法 :对术中出现急性脑膨出的 74例病人进行回顾性分析 ,并对不同处理方法导致的结果进行比较。结果 :本组应用综合措施处理术中急性脑膨出 ,术后 3个月 GOS评分 ,良好 32例 ,中残 2 1例 ,重残 7例 ,植物生存 4例 ,死亡 7例。结论 :尽早发现并去除致膨出因素 ,综合运用降颅压措施 ,尽量扩大颅腔容积 ,可以避免脑疝或膨出脑组织切除 ,明显改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the causes and therapeutic methods of acute intraoperative encephalocele in cerebral operating patient. Methods: The causes and therapeutic methods of acute intraoperative encephalocele in 74 cerebral operating patients were retrospectively analyzed, with the preventive and treating measures summarized and the different outcomes caused by different treatment measures were also compared. Results: In the 74 patients treated with different methods , GOS showed improvement for 32, moderate disability for 21, severe disability for 7, vegetative survival for 4 and death for 7,3 months after operation. Conclusion: Our results indicate that it is important to find and remove encephalocele-causing factors as early as possible,to lower ICP by using different methods and to enlarge the capacity of the cranial cavity so as to avoid removing part frontal and /or temporal brain tissue or encephaloceled brain tissue,with better prognosis for the patients.更多还原
