黄芪中皂苷类成分的提取及成分分析
Extraction and composition analysis of saponins from Radix Astragali
【摘要】 目的 :对伊春市北方绿色基地栽培黄芪中皂苷类成分进行成分分析。方法 :采用薄层色谱法。结果 :10种供试样品中均含有黄芪甲苷成分 ,特别是黄芪药材根皮部、木部中均含有黄芪甲苷。
【Abstract】 Objective: To Analyze the saponins in Radix Astragali cultivated in the Yichun north green TCM base.Methods:The TCL technology was used.Results: Astragaloside IV was contained in ten kinds of Radix Astragali ,especially both in phloem and xylem.
