高压静电场对黄芪组织生长的影响研究
The effect of high voltage electrostatic field on growth of callus
【摘要】 目的 :研究黄芪组织经 1.0 k V/cm强度的高压静电处理后对组织生长 ,蛋白质和糖的含量的影响。方法 :利用 Folin酚法、蒽酮法。结果 :实验表明 ,高压静电对黄芪组织生长、蛋白质和糖含量均有影响。结论 :高压静电促进黄芪组织细胞生长 ,并且可以提高蛋白质和糖的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the growth rate of callus and the content of soluble protein and sugar by applying high HVEF to the Callus of Radix Astragali. Methods:Folin and anthrone were used. Results: HVEF had an effect on the growth of callus and soluble protein and content of sugar. Conclusions: HVEF is able to increase the growth rate of callus and the content of soluble protein and sugar .
