【摘要】 目的 :观察鼠掌老鹳草对腹泻小鼠肠线粒体 MDA含量和 SOD活性的影响。方法 :通过给小鼠灌服番泻叶水浸剂并用醋酸灌肠制成腹泻模型 ,同时灌服鼠掌老鹳草水煎剂 ,观察小鼠肠线粒体 MDA含量和 SOD活性的变化。结果 :腹泻小鼠肠线粒体 MDA含量增高 ,SOD活性下降 ;鼠掌老鹳草可提高 SOD活性及降低 MDA含量。结论 :鼠掌老鹳草水提液具有很好的抗氧化作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Geranium sibiricum L. on the MDA content and SOD activity in intestinal mitochondrion of the diarrhea mice. Methods:Diarrhea mice models given senna were used. The Geranium sibiricum L. was given at the same time. The MDA content and SOD activity were measured. Results: Diarrhea led to the decrease in SOD activity in intestinal mitochondrion,and at the same time MDA was increased. The damaged index was lower in G.sibiricum L. Conclusion:G.sibiricum L. has quite strong antioxidation.更多还原
