【摘要】 目的 :观察经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA) +支架置入术后应用低分子肝素抗凝与普通肝素相比的安全性及有效性。方法 :对 76例冠心病患者置入 96个支架 ,在 1个月的短期随访中 ,观察术后低分子肝素抗凝和普通肝素对 PTCA+支架术后各种心脏事件发生的影响及其副作用。结果 :在 PTCA+支架术后 ,皮下应用低分子肝素可使各种心脏事件发生率降低 ,未发生严重出血并发症及支架内血栓。结论 :PTCA+支架术后使用低分子肝素代替普通肝素是安全有效的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of anticoagulation with low molecular weigh heparin (LMWH) after coronary stent. Methods: 96 stents of 76 cases were followed up in 1 month to investigate the cardiac events and the side-effects of different anticoagulators after coronary stent. Results: The morbidity of cardiac events after PTCA plus stent in patients using LMWH was singnificantly reduced; No more hemorrhage and thrombus in the patients stents. Conclusion:It is safe and effective to use LMWH after PTCA plus stent.更多还原
