【摘要】 目的 :总结分析平阳霉素和地塞米松配伍瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法 :选取口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤 2 6 0例 ,采用平阳霉素和地塞米松配伍注射治疗。用地塞米松 5 mg/ ml,配平阳霉素 8m g,加 2 %利多卡因 4 ml,按体表瘤体面积每 1cm× 1cm注射 1ml混合液计算计量 ,进行瘤体内注射。每隔 10天注射 1次 ,3～ 5次为一疗程 ,未愈者可重复联合治疗。结果 :治疗后经半年至两年的随访 ,治愈 2 0 3例 (78.1% ) ,基本治愈 4 1例 (15 .8% ) ,好转 16例 (6 .1% ) ,有效率10 0 %。结论 :平阳霉素与地塞米松配伍注射治疗口腔面部海绵状血管瘤 ,具有疗程短 ,不良反应小等优点 ,是一种安全、可靠、简便的治疗疗法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecive:To assess the effects of the compatibility of Pinyangmycini and dexamethasonum in the theatment of cavernons hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions.Methods:The medical records of 260 patients with cavernous hemangioma in oral and maxillo facial regions between februart 1997 and june 2003 were reviwed,among whom 125 were men,and 135 were womem with the sex ratio of 1∶1.08 and ages between 5 month and 56 years.146 hemangiomas were located in maxillofacial regions,and 114 locatad in the oral cavity,with the size of the lesions vavying from lcmxlcm to 6cmx8cm Pinyangmycini and dexamethasonum were injected constanously into the lesions or in the vicinity of cavernous hemangiomas,and the injection was performtd every 10 days,with 3 to 5 times as one course of treatment,and this process could be repeated if necessary.Results:260 patients were followed up for 6~48 months, and basic curing rate auounted for 93.9%,the total curing rate was 100%.Conclusion:This method was safe,simple,and effective to the management of cavernous hemangioma in the oral and maxillofacial regions.更多还原
