【摘要】 目的 :研究糖尿病对脑细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :采用四氧嘧啶制造糖尿病大鼠模型 ,差速离心法提取脑线粒体并分析细胞色素 C(Cyt C)含量。用原位细胞凋亡 TUNEL法观察糖尿病大鼠脑细胞凋亡情况。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,糖尿病大鼠脑线粒体 Cyt C含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )脑神经细胞凋亡数显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病对大鼠脑细胞凋亡有显著影响 ,可能由 Cyt C触发引起更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the change in brain cell apoptosis in diabetic rats.Methods: The diabetic animal model was induced by alloxan. The brain mitochondrias were isolated by differential centrifugation,and then ,the content of cytochrome C was measured .Apoptosis of brain cells was detected by TUNEL.Result: Compared with the normal control group ,the content of mitochondria was decreased and apoptotic neurons were increased in the experimental group .Conclusion:It is suggested that diabetes has remarkable effect on brain cell apoptosis in rats.更多还原
