主体隐性知识共享调查研究
<title>e Investigating Study of Tacit Knowledge Sharing
【摘要】 在分析了隐性知识的特征及影响隐性知识共享的主要因素的基础上,对河北华一集团中的隐性知识主体进行了调查。通过对调查的数据进行分析,得出了影响因素的重要性排序并建立了一个促进隐性知识共享的模型。
【Abstract】 <abstract>e feature of tacit knowledge and the main influencing factor tacit knowledge sharing are analyzed. Then the people owning the tacit knowledge looks into. At last, a model boosting tacit knowledge sharing is acquired.
