梯度功能材料的传热与烧蚀计算
The Ablative Calculation and Analysis of Functionally Gradient Materials
【摘要】 以热化学烧蚀二方程模型为基础,用烧蚀与传热耦合计算的方法,研究了梯度功能材料的烧蚀及热防护机理。以新研制的C/C/Al2O碳陶梯度功能材料为研究对象,对此类材料的烧蚀率计算公式进行了推导。并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较,两者符合良好,进而分析了材料组分的梯度分布对于烧蚀边界条件下试件内部温度场分布的影响。
【Abstract】 According to the aerodynamic-thermochemical ablation model, the ablation and thermal protection mechanism of functionally gradient materials are investigated, which are derived by coupling the ablative calculation with heat conduction calculation. Then the ablative ratio formula of C/C/A12O3, which is a type of novel materials, is deduced. At last, the computed results are compared with the test results, according which the effect of the compositions gradiently distributing upon the thermal field under ablative boundary is analyzed.
