中国汉族群体DXS101、DXS6809基因座的遗传多态性研究

【摘要】 调查了DXS101、DXS6809基因座在中国四川地区汉族群体中的遗传多态性。采用PCR、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染技术分析中国四川地区汉族群体中DXS101、DXS6809基因座的遗传多态性,获得其群体遗传学数据。两个基因座在165名中国四川地区汉族无关个体中各发现10个等位基因,DXS101观测到27种基因型,DXS6809观测到24种基因型。两个基因座在女性样本中的基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Wein-berg平衡。说明DXS101、DXS6809在中国四川地区汉族中具有较高的遗传多态性,在法医学个人识别和女性的父权鉴定应用中有较大价值。

【Abstract】 The polymorphisms of two STR loci, DXS101 and DXS6809, in Chinese Han population were investigated. A sample of 165 volunteer donors from the Southwest of China was studied using single PCR followed by PAGE and silver staining. 10 alleles were observed both of the two loci. 27 genotypes in DXS101 and 24 genotypes in DXS6809 were observed. Significant deviations from the Hardy-Weinberg e-quilibrium (HWE) were not established. It is concluded DXS101、DXS6809 both are highly discriminatory STR loci, and they are very effective in identification of individual and deficiency paternity testing when the dispute child is a girl.
