含气量对液体粘度的影响
Effect of Air Concentration on Viscosity
【摘要】 通过对选定液体的含气量和对应粘度的测量 ,实验研究了含气量对液体粘度的影响。其中对粘度的测量用了旋转法 ,而对含气量的测量用了图像处理技术 ,得到了含气量与粘度的对应关系 ,并归纳了关系式 ;表明在温度等环境因素不变的情况下粘度随含气量的增加而增加 ,并且呈现非线性的关系。这一成果将有助于掺气对流体特性影响的规律和机理做进一步研究
【Abstract】 By the measurement of air concentration and it’s corresponding viscosity, the effect of air concentration on viscosity by experiment is studied. Used a revolving viscometer to measure viscosity and an image processing technique to air concentration, the rule that governs these two factors is got. Generalized a formula which shows that the viscosity go up with the growth of air concentration, the growth ratio is non-linear. This discovery will do help to push the aeration research and air-water study forward.
