【Abstract】 Diazaspiro[4.4] nonane was synthesized from malononitrile as the starting material by a series of nucleleophilic displacement, hydrolytic cyclization and carbonyl reduction. The structures of the intermediates and product were characterized with 1H NMR and Mass spectra. This modified method has advantages of higher efficiency and better yield.更多还原
