蛇纹石微波辐照硫酸浸出的实验研究
STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM CONDITIONS OF SULFURIC ACID LEACHING PROCESS OF SERPENTINE EMPLOYING MICROWAVE RADIATION
【摘要】 通过蛇纹石微波辐照硫酸浸出新方法的实验,研究了微波辐照强度、辐照时间、硫酸浓度、液固比及矿石粒度等因素对蛇纹石中氧化镁浸出率的影响,结果表明:与传统加热方式相比,微波辐照加热可显著提高蛇纹石酸浸速率;在最佳工艺条件下,氧化镁浸出率可达97%以上;蛇纹石酸浸渣的主要成分为无定形SiO2,化学成分与沉淀白炭黑相同。
【Abstract】 The sulfuric acid leaching process of serpentine employing microwave radiation has been studied. The effects of microwave radiation power, radiation time, concentration of sulfuric acid, ratio of liquid to solid, and particle size on the MgO leaching ratio have also been investigated. The chemical components of the residue were analyzed. The structures of different acid-leaching samples were characterized by XRD. The results indicated that, as compared to the traditional methods, microwave radiation could greatly improve the serpentine acid leaching rate, and the leaching ratio of MgO could reach up to 97% under the optimum conditions. The ingredient of the residue is amorphous silica, and the chemical composition is similar to precipitated white carbon black.
