【Abstract】 With the development of society and improvement of science,we have stepped into network economic era.The whole structure of world economy has changed a lot and the time and space for traditional economic interchange have been broken down.In order to survive the rapid development world,enterprises are required to join the world and to develop toward modernization.Moreover,the root path to reach modernization is to accelerate the construction of enterprise informationization.So the author in this article expatiates the functions and connotation about enterprise informationization.Meanwhile,the author introduces the necessity of information security and gives the model on such security system.更多还原
