【摘要】 研究流域中的土地利用 ,目的是通过分析不同的土地利用方式对流域生态环境的影响 ,探讨流域中合理的土地利用方式 ,从而有效地指导流域管理的实施。本文从研究的主要内容、方法与技术手段以及土地利用在流域管理中的具体应用等方面分别加以阐述 ,探讨了土地利用研究在流域管理中的积极意义。在总结国内外流域内土地利用管理经验的基础上 ,提出了土地利用规划必须做到经济效益、生态效益与社会效益三者统一 ,流域土地利用规划可以在遵循基本步骤的原则下 ,大胆借鉴外国成功经验 ,结合我国流域的特点 ,切实地做到流域资源的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To make the watershed land use more reasonable and implement the watershed management efficiently, we carried out the research on the watershed land use and analyzed the impacts of different land use on the watershed ecological environment. Firstly, this paper presented the positive meaning of the research on the watershed land use and the condition of the research on land use in China. Secondly, we expatiated on the main contents, methods and technique measures in the research and the specific application on land use study on the basis of watershed management. Based on the experience of watershed land use management in other countries, we figured out that land use planning is to achieve the harmony of economic benefit, ecologic benefit and social benefit. In planning the watershed land use for the purpose of realizing the sustainable development of watershed resources, we should follow some basic steps, use foreign experience for reference and combine it with the characteristics in our nation.更多还原
