簇生葱中总黄酮的提取及其含量测定

【摘要】 以芦丁为对照品,确定了以乙醇为溶剂的簇生葱中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,在此条件下黄酮的得率为3.98%.

【Abstract】 The rutin have been made as a comparing sample, confirmed the best collecting condition all of flavone’s from Allium coacervate in ethanol solvent, By this condition, the obtaining rate of flavone’s 3.98%.
