【Abstract】 English Writing has ever been a headache for Chinese college students. One of the key reasons is that they are not familiar with the English writing rules, and therefore, they apply Chinese thinking pattern in English writing. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of Chinese negative transfer in college English writing from the levels of vocabulary, sentence and discourse.
