锌铝合金凝固过程两相流模型
Two-phase Flow Solidification Simulation Model of Zn-AI Alloy
【摘要】 高铝锌合金凝固过程中比重偏析严重。结合通用软件phoen.ics建立了两相流凝固模型,并在三维柱状坐标系中建模,用有限差分法进行离散。该凝固模型能较好地解决凝固过程中的对流现象,能够模拟比重偏析现象。
【Abstract】 Two-phase flow model was built by means of analysis. The convection and gravita t ional segregation during the solidification of Zn-AI alloy. And the equations w e re differentiated in 3-D cylindrical-polar coordination system by using infini te simal analysis and PHOENICS. The model can simulate the convection and gravitati onal segregation during the solidification.
