氧化锆陶瓷颈圈牙种植体有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the dental implant with zirconia ceramic cervix
【摘要】 目的 :探讨氧化锆陶瓷 (ZrO2)颈圈牙种植体在生理加载条件下的生物力学安全性能 ,为该类种植体的结构设计和研究提供数据。方法 :依据螺旋CT针对中切牙位上颌骨扫描数据 ,建立上颌骨及种植体装配的三维有限元模型 ,分别就种植体穿心连接螺钉在不同预紧力 (100N/120N/150N/200N)、不同载荷 (100N/200N/300N)、不同加载角度(50、100、150、200、250、300)条件下进行有限元分析计算。结果 :本文研究条件下 ,连接螺钉的预紧力在120 -150N较合适 ;300N轴线加载条件下氧化锆陶瓷颈圈处于安全范围 ;斜向加载对于陶瓷颈圈中的应力影响较大。加载角度150可满足300N颌力加载 ;加载角度300 时颌力在250N以下才能保证安全性。结论 :在颌力加载不高于250N的情况下,氧化锆陶瓷颈圈牙种植体结构的力学性能可满足要求
【Abstract】 Objective:It is important to evaluate the biomechanics security of this kind of dental implant with zirconia ceramic cervixand the resultwould be applied forthe structure design and studyunder the mastication load condi-tion.Methods:Based on the spring CTscan data,the assemble model of the dental implant is rebuilt.That the analysis have been done with3D FEA under the condition of different pretension of bolt(100N,120N,150N,200N)、mastication load(100N,200N,300N)and angle of mastication load(5 0 、10 0 、15 0 、20 0 、25 0 、30 0 ).Results:It is appropriate for dental implant connection,When the pretension is in the range of between120N to150N.the dental implant would be safe under the condition as follow:1)the axial mastication load is less than300N,2)the angle of mastication load is below15degree,3)the mastication load should be less than250N if the angle of mastication load is more than30degree.Conclusion:under the condition of the mastication load is less than250N,the zirconia ceramic cervix should be safe for the clinic application.
