【摘要】 目的 :对套筒冠义齿用于牙周病修复治疗后基牙的骨质变化进行定量追踪观察。方法 :采用平行投照技术 ,获得 11例牙周病患者套筒冠义齿修复治疗前及治疗后 1、2、3年牙周病患牙 (91颗基牙 )的系列标准牙片。运用牙科图像分析处理软件对每一基牙的根周骨高度和骨密度进行测量并进行统计学分析。结果 :在所研究的时间内 ,患牙牙槽骨的骨高度有一定程度的增加 ,但无统计学意义 ;而骨密度在治疗后一年内有显著增加 ,而后趋于平缓。结论 :套筒冠义齿有利于牙周病患牙根周骨质的稳定与恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate quantitatively the changes of the bone mass of the abutments after the prosthodontic treatment of periodontal disease with telescopic denture. Method: By using the parallel radiographic technique, series standard radiographs of sick teeth (91 abutments) of 11 patients with periodontal diseases are obtained in different time before and after prosthodontic treatment. The density and the height of alveolar bone of each abutment was measured and analyzed statistically by using a dental radiographic analysis software. Results: During the research period, the heights of alveolar bones in the sick teeth increased to a certain extent without statistic significance. The alveolar bone density increased significantly and approached to a flat after one-year’s treatment. Conclusion: Telescopic denture do improve the stabilization and recovery of alveolar bone mass of the teeth with periodontal disease.更多还原
