【摘要】 目的 :评估上颌第三磨牙根管治疗的临床技术特点及近期临床效果。方法 :32例患牙髓炎症的上颌第三磨牙进行常规根管预备 ,标准牙胶尖侧向加压充填。术后X线评估根管充填质量。结果 :32个病例中 ,适充 2 5例 ,适充比例为 78.12 % ,欠充 7例 ,欠充比例为 2 1.88% ,没有超充病例。结论 :常规根管治疗技术治疗上颌第三磨牙可以取得较好的临床效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinic result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar. Methods: 32 cases of maxillary third molar with acute or chronic pulpitis were selected. The root canals were routinely prepared with Step-Back technique and filled with lateral condensed technique. Result: 25 cases were flush filled in all 32 cases, the flush filled rate was 78.12%. 7 cases were underfilled, the underfilled rate was 21.88%. No case was overfilled. Conclusions: The result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar is predictable.更多还原
