【摘要】 目的 观察常用的3种材料用于后牙固定修复中的临床效果。方法 以修复体功能与外观及口内组织的健康情况为评价指标,观察202例分别用NPG合金、镍铬合金、金瓷冠桥修复的临床效果。结果 3种修复形式的成功率分别为91.90、89.8％和92.6％(P>0.05)。NPG合金有晦暗变色的问题,镍铬合金与金瓷修复体有可能使对(牙合)牙过度磨耗。结论 后牙全冠以NPG合金和金瓷修复有较理想效果,而固定桥以金瓷修复体为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make a clinical comparison of three different materials applied to posteroteeth fixed restorations. Methods A-mong the 202 cases with NPG alloys, nicked - chromiun alloys or metal ceramics dentures, the function and oudook of the dentures and the oral health were studied. Results The successful rates of three different materials were 91.9%, 89.8 % and 92.6 % (P>0.05).It was a problem that the surface of NPG alloys became dark and gloomy. And the other two types showed the sign of over attrition. Conclusion NPG alloys and porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns are feasible for crowns. And ceramic alloy dentures are the most suitable for fixed bridges.更多还原
