变形链球菌SBR经颌下腺免疫小鼠后局部神经生长因子和白介素-5表达变化

【摘要】 目的 探讨在涎腺免疫接种后局部免疫调节相关细胞因子的变化。方法 以变形链球菌SBR作为亚单位疫苗经颌下腺注射免疫BALB/C小鼠 ,应用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测接种后颌下腺内神经生长因子和白介素 5的表达。结果 免疫接种之后 ,小鼠颌下腺内神经生长因子和白介素 5的mRNA表达量均高于对照组。结论 变形链球菌SBR在涎腺作局部免疫接种 ,可诱导抗体应答 ,促进免疫调节相关细胞因子的表达 ,进一步增强涎腺的免疫功能和分泌功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To study changes of related cytokine mRNA expression in submandibular glands of mice after vaccination with streptococcus mutans SBR as subunit vaccine. Methods After vaccination of submandibular glands with SBR subunit vaccine, the author used RT-PCR to examine NGF and IL-5 mRNA expression in submandibular glands of mice. Results Levels of both NGF mRNA and IL-5 mRNA were higher in the immunized mice than those in the controls. Conclusion Vaccination of submandibular glands with streptococcus mutans SBR subunit vaccine could not only induce immune response but also enhance the expression of related cytokines which could further promote secretive function of specific antibody, and then could improve the effectiveness of anticaries.
