【摘要】 目的　研究维甲酸对口腔扁平苔藓患者细胞凋亡的影响。方法　采用原位末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法检测了 2 3例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者维甲酸治疗后细胞凋亡的情况 ,计算凋亡指数。结果　经维甲酸治疗后 ,口腔扁平苔藓患者的凋亡指数明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,临床显效率 6 0 9% (14 / 2 3) ,有效率 2 6 1% (6 / 2 3)。结论　维甲酸可以诱导口腔扁平苔藓患者的细胞凋亡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of retinoic acid on apoptosis in patients with oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods Apoptotic cells were detected by terminal deoxynulcleotidyl transferase nediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) in 23 cases of anabrotic OLP after treatment with retinoic acid.Results Apoptotic indexes (AI) in OLP patients were significantly increased (P<0.05). The rate of maredly therapeutic efficiency was 60.6%(14/23). The rate of actively therapeutical effect was 26.1%(6/23).Conclusion The retinoic acid might induce apoptosis of patients with OLP.更多还原
