自由分子点源法在非均匀出口羽流场模拟中的应用

【摘要】 为满足高空稀薄流工程估算的精度和效率需求,将Woronovicz自由分子点源模型推广至非均匀出口发动机羽流场的计算模拟。采用分格技术剖分得到多独立点源,以此解决出口平面参数的非均匀性问题。10N双组元发动机羽流的质量和压力计算结果同实验符合良好,验证了自由分子点源模型的有效性。某实验型喷管羽流计算表明,点源模型在远场与DSMC方法基本吻合,两者误差在引入非均匀出口条件修正后得到显著改善。

【Abstract】 To meet the requirement of engineering estimation for accuracy and efficiency,the Woronovicz’s free molecule point source model is developed to simulate the plume from a thruster with nonuniform outlet conditions.A partition technique splits the outlet plane into many small independent point sources,then dealing with the nonuniformity of incoming flow parameters. Data of numerical mass and force from the plume of a 10N bipropellant thruster are closely consistent with the experimental measure, which verify the validity of free molecule point source model. Moreover, a plume from an experiment-used thruster is simulated. Results show that the data of point source model and DSMC method are on the whole matched in far-field, and that difference between them are evidently improved through introducing the modification of nonuniform outlet conditions.
