【摘要】 目的 :探讨口腔盘状红斑狼疮诊断及治疗的方法 .方法 :对 43例口腔盘状红斑狼疮的临床资料、组织病理学、诊断与治疗进行分析 .结果 :有些口腔盘状红斑狼疮的临床表现具有特征性 ,临床与病理诊断的符合率为 81 % ;中医中药治疗使病情均有好转 .结论 :病理检查对口腔盘状红斑狼疮的诊断有重要价值 ,中医中药对口腔盘状红斑狼疮的治疗效果显著 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the means of diagnosis and therapy for DLE.Methods:Analyzed were clinical data,pathology,diagnosis and therapy for 43 patients with DLE.Results:Some clinical DLE was special with 81% identical rate of clinical and pathological diagnosis.All patients were cured through the therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusions:Pathologic examination is important for DLE diagnosis.There is significant effect on DLE by traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
