【摘要】 目的 :观察复方血竭胶囊对豚鼠离体心脏冠脉流量及对垂体后叶激素收缩冠脉、降低冠脉流量的影响 .方法 :按离体豚鼠心脏灌流法 (Langendorff法 ) ,以恒流方式 ,在恒温恒压条件下 ,用Kreb s液灌注心脏 ,测定冠脉流量 ,观察给药前后冠脉流量的变化 .结果 :复方血竭胶囊增加豚鼠离体心脏冠脉流量 ;能显著拮抗垂体后叶素收缩冠脉、降低冠脉流量的作用 ,与等剂量复方丹参片效应相当 .结论 :复方血竭胶囊能显著增加冠脉流量 ,拮抗垂体后叶素收缩冠脉减少冠脉流量的作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of compound Blood Resin capsules on the coronary blood flow in the hearts of isolated guinea pigs.Methods:According to langendorff s method,Krebs liquid was applied to the isolated guinea-pig hearts to determine the coronary blood flow under constant temperature and the changes of the coronary blood flow were observed before and after the application of the liquid.Results:The drug significantly increased coronary blood flow of isolated guinea pigs hearts and it antagonized the contraction of coronary artery and reduction of coronary blood flow caused by posterior pituitary hormone as antagonists.Conclusions:The compound Blood Resin capsules can significantly increase coronary blood flow in isolated hearts of guinea pigs and antagonize the reduction of coronary blood flow caused by posterior pituitary hormone.更多还原
