【Abstract】 Through an exploration in the relationship among the cultural function, research appapproaches and the discipline system of legal expression, an innovative research method to seek the cultural function of legal expression with the aid of sociology and anthropology is discussed. Then, the manifestation of cultural function of legal expressions is analyzed in terms of the borrowing of legal terminology, the forming of legal community and the ceremony of law. In conclusion, the exploration in cultural function of legal expressions will expectedly contribute to the construction of China’s legal system.更多还原
