【Abstract】 The factors hindering the development of software industry in our county are that the society iswanting in technical professionals and the quality of the staff cannot meet the needs of the market. Besideslocking talents in software technology, that the quality of the talents can meet the need of the society isalso the obstacle that prevents the development of the software industry in China. It is important tostrengthen the training of the talents and to reform the backward teaching pattern.
