紫外分光光度法测定香丹注射液中水溶性酚和酚酸的总含量

【摘要】 建立了香丹注射液中水溶性酚和酚酸总含量的测定方法.运用紫外分光光度法,在波长280nm处测定,水溶性酚和酚酸总含量在0.005~0.025mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.29%,RSD=0.73%(n=5).本方法可靠、简单、无干扰,能够有效的控制香丹注射液的质量.

【Abstract】 s:Established a quantitative determination method of total aqueous hydroxybenzene and depsides in Xiangdan injection by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The detective-λmax is 280 nm. In the range of 0.005-0.025 mg/mL(r=0.999), there is a good linear relationship between the total aqueous hydroxybenzene and depsides and its UV-absorption. The average recovery is 99.29%, RSD is 0.73% (n=5). This method is reliable, simple and non-distractive, it has been proved to be a good practice to determine aqueous hydroxybenzene depsides in Xiangdan injection and to control its quality.
