火电厂粉煤灰的矿物学、形态与物理性质

【摘要】 应用X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度分析和压力膜对浙江省8个火电厂粉煤灰的矿物学、形态、颗粒组成和持水性进行了研究.结果表明,粉煤灰的矿物组成以莫来石、石英、赤铁矿、磁铁矿为主,颗粒形态呈多孔玻璃质结构,内有粒径为10~100μm的微珠.粉煤灰的密度为1.93~2.29g/cm3,颗粒组成以粗粉粒为主,占63%~72%.粉煤灰的田间持水量、凋萎系数和有效水含量分别是66%~87%,5%~10%和54%~62%.

【Abstract】 The mineralogy and morphology of eight fly ash samples from power plants in Zhejiang Province were studied with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The density, particle composition and water retention of fly ashes were also measured. The mineralogy of fly ashes was dominated mainly by mullite, quartz, hematite and magnetite. SEM observation showed that the fly ash had the porous structure and spherical shape of particle (cenosphere). The 63%-72 % of the fly ashes was made up of coarse slit particles with diameter of 5-10 μm. The density of the fly ashes ranged from 1.93 to 2.29 (g/cm~3). The field water holding capacity, wilting holding capacity and available water content of the fly ashes were 66%-87%, 5%-10% and 54%-62%, respectively.
