【Abstract】 Connecting with the educational function of the children’s library, this paper puts forward four principles that should be followed in establishing the children’s library. The first is the one that the librarians should meet the needs of children’s development, the second one is that the arrangement of library’s rooms should take the children as the center, the third one is to take the quality education as the center, and the fourth one is to persist in the opening principle.更多还原
