【Abstract】 Resent years the events that the foreign companies claim the patent fees for Chinese enterprises occur frequently, which makes puzzle the domestic enterprises very much. As for the causes, one is that the patent consciousness of Chinese people is thin, and the other is the technical monopolization caused by the harness of the technique and the technical standards.
