ERP实施中的成本—进度管理
The Cost-progress Management in the Practice of ERP
【摘要】 我国有很多企业实施了ERP项目,但是成功率却很低。从管理和技术两个不同的角度分析了失败的原因,提出了成本—进度管理的观点,并相应地提出了在实施过程中制定工作分解结构、成本进度表和统一软件过程的方案。
【Abstract】 Many enterprises in our country have practiced ERP projects, but the success rate is very low. From two different angles of the management and techn ique, this paper analyzes the causes of the failures, puts forward the concept o f the cost-benefit management, and advances correspondingly the scheme of utili zing the work breakdown structure, the cost-progress table, unified software pr ogress in its practicing course.
