【摘要】 浙江省科技期刊普遍存在着办刊模式与市场经济体制脱节,期刊定位不当,编辑意图与读者需求脱节,管理模式陈旧,主编意愿与编辑工作积极性脱节等现象。要改变这一现状必须进行深入细致的调查研究,准确定位,改革行政拨款模式,实行企业化管理,推行成本倒算,改革分配激励机制,实行等级工资制和绩效工资制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among sci-tech periodicals of Zhejiang province these phenomena that the periodical running mode is divorced from the system of market economy, the positioning of periodicals is improper, the editing purpose is divorced from the readers’ requirements, the management mode is out-of-date, and chief editor’s will is divorced from the editors’ working activity. In order to change this present situation, must make investigation and research in a meticulous and deep-going way, make accurate positioning, reform administrative funds allocating mode, practice enterprise-like management; promote back-calculation of cost, reform distribution system, carry out the grade wage system and the contribution wage system.更多还原
