【Abstract】 In the light of the problems existing in technical innovation talents ranks of Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions of strengthening the construction of technical innovation ranks of Shanxi Province, including establishing the idea of that the human resource is the first resource, setting up stable and rational talents employing system, speeding up the training and education of innovative talents, and focusing on the training of enterpriser ranks.更多还原
