【Abstract】 With the development of curriculum reform and further studies on curriculum issues, the studies on curriculum leadership has become independent from curriculum management and becomes a new field in the studies of curriculum theories. Curriculum leadership involves a process which aims to realize curriculum objectives by exerting its influence on the organization and members of this area. The main functions of curriculum leadership are decision making, organizing and guiding and has a deep impact upon the formation, implementation, reform and development of curriculum. The reform of the curriculum leadership style should adapt to the needs of global curriculum innovation and carry out the three-level management by the state, local government and school, which will be democratic and scientific. The development of curriculum should keep paces with that of the world and embody pursuing and selecting value of modern society.更多还原
