【Abstract】 This article elaborates their dialectical relation by analyzing the mutual influence and restriction between circulation and reorganization of capital and science and technology development. Based on this, it analyzes the influence of changed relation between them on the economic development. At last, it puts forward the present problems and countermeasures in the relation between circulation and reorganization of capital and science and technology development by combining with Chinese actual conditions.更多还原
