【摘要】 招投标是规范和促进武器装备研制竞争的有效手段,科学规范的评标是武器装备研制项目招投标的中心环节。根据对武器装备研制的主要影响因素分析,参照相关评价标准,建立了反映投标单位综合素质的科学评价指标体系,采用多层次灰色评价法进行评价分析,为我国武器装备研制项目招投标提供一定的参考。更多还原
