【Abstract】 In changing times,the pretequisite of whole creation of corporation is culture innovation.The system innovation,strategy innovation,technology innovation are depend on the culture innovation of corporation.There is a special path-dependence in corporate culture innovation:the reorientation of corporate vision and strategy mission,the formation of the value outlook of super managers,to integrate the corporate vision,strategy mission with staff career developing and merge corporate value outlook into the world outlook of staff.Only in this way,will the corporation be synchronized with the developing of social history in changing times.更多还原
