【Abstract】 The subject of degrees granting in China is an administrative subject,which Academic Degree Commission of the State Council is that of the authority of office and the unit of degree granting is that of the authorization.Examining and approving the grant gift is an administrative power including those of Academic Degree Commission of the State Council and the unit of degrees granting.And the degree granting act is not only the external specific one but also the one to apply for.Hence,if the applicant’s request is refused,answered or delayed,he or she can ask a reconsider or administrative lawsuit according to the relative rules of Administrative Reconsider Law and Administrative Procedural Law.Abolition and performance are the main remedial measures to the illegal degrees granting act.更多还原
