【Abstract】 With the globalization of economy,a business organization must keep continuous learning and update its knowledge and skill constantly in order to compete in the fierce international market.This chapter is written to introduce how to create and share internal knowledge and how to make organizational learning more effective according to the up-to-date information, knowledge and skill.
