【摘要】 雨水调度工程指对雨水有计划地使用,其关键是寻找空间将雨水暂时存储起来,以改变其时空分布。我国降水季节分配不均,导致江河流量变化大、水位季节波动以及洪涝与干旱并存等。通过扩大雨水储蓄面积、增加雨水在支流上的停留时间等方式,可以实现雨水调度,增加可利用的淡水资源量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rain Attempering Project means making use of rain water designedly. The key of this project is looking for space to reserve the rain water and change the time and space distribution of rain. There is seasonal odds in precipitation of China. It makes great seasonal changes of runoff and water level in rivers and lakes. We can realize rain attempering and make good use of fresh water resources by expanding the reserving space of water and increasing the resting time of rain water in distributaries.更多还原
