【摘要】 目的:探讨美容牙周手术与前牙固定修复的关系。方法:58例门诊患者依据病情不同,在修复前分别应用了龈成形术、滑行瓣术、游离组织移植术、牙槽骨手术及牙冠延长术等美容牙周手术。并在修复后立即以及修复后6个月时进行检查,从牙龈、牙周组织健康,患者满意度,医生满意度等方面进行评价。结果:无论采用何种美容牙周手术,只要手术适应证选择恰当,手术设计合理,均可获得良好的美容效果。结论:美容牙周手术是一种获取修复体牙周组织健康及美观性的外科措施,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between the periodontal esthetic surgery and fixed prostheses ofanterior teeth. Methods: 58 out-patients were treated with gingivoplasty, slip flap surgery, free flap graft surgery, osseoussurgery, crown lengthening surgery according to their symptoms before prostheses. Clinical examinations were taken afterfixed prostheses immediately, 6 months later. And evaluation were made for the gingiva, the periodontal tissues, thepatient誷 satisfaction degree and the doctors?satisfaction degree of the fixed prostheses. Results: All the cases with suitableindications and operative procedural designs got good clinic effect.
